About Me

My work is inspired by the beautiful Somerset countryside and the nearby Jurassic Coast. I am a huge fan of irregular natural forms and enjoy throwing and hand building shapes and then reforming them to reflect a pleasing natural form.
​
I am currently working in a colleagues studio pottery producing hand built and thrown porcelain vessels. I love the the finish of fine porcelain which I often add lustres to for a bit of sparkle. As a keen gardener and lover of all things outdoors I continue to be inspired by the surrounding hedgerows, meadows and fields of beautiful Somerset.
