Your right to cancel an order begins as soon as you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of several items, the 14 days runs from when you get the last item in that order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, I will require a receipt or some proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and it is in the same condition as it was sent out in, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your return. It is important that you obtain proof of postage so that your returned item can be tracked if necessary.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Any item not in its original condition.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or damaged.
I post lots of glass and rarely does a breakage occur. However should you receive a broken item please contact me immediately at email@example.com and I can arrange a replacement. I will of course need proof of the breakage. It may be possible for me to re-use the pieces and I may ask you to return the broken item to me free of charge in order that your return can be processed. This is where a common sense approach comes in – if I can’t recycle the broken item then photographic proof will suffice!
All pieces are made by hand and the nature of firing glass in a kiln will ensure that each piece is slightly different. No two pieces are ever the same and this is part of the beauty of buying a handmade individually craft piece of glass art.
Above all I hope that you are happy with your purchase but wish to assure you that I will always endeavour to correct an error on my part as soon as possible.
